On the 10th of March the Central Wilding Group (CWG), in collaboration with the National Wilding Pine Network held a community information night to raise awareness of this ever increasing issue in the Central Otago Region. Although Covid restrictions rendered the event to be online only, it was well supported with a number of community based representatives and individuals attending. Presenters, including Sir Grahame Sydney, covered a array of topics all directly related to the impact of the wilding conifers both at a National and local level.
